He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia. His early career path started with the engineering industry. Tarwin Singh then ventured into the Property Management industry with a reputable company. Through dedicated working attitude, he managed to climb the corporate ladder from being a supervisor to managerial level within a short period during his tenure with the company. He possesses many years of hands-on experience in Managing Facilities of Condominiums and Apartments of various size from a thousand over units to small volume of landed units. Over the course, he has had hands on experience dealing with developer, local council, housing ministry, land office and Strata Tribunal. He is active in the Building and Facility Management industry through building management consulting works and presentation representing the company.
